1.1 To place an order with Spice Village Halal Meats, you must be at least 18 years old, reside within our delivery coverage area, and possess a valid credit or debit card in your name acceptable to us.
1.2 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to decline any order or suspend your account without prior notice.
1.3 By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2.1 Customers may create an online account to facilitate the ordering process. Upon registration, you will be provided with a unique username and password, which you must use for all future orders.
2.2 You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or believe your password has been compromised.
2.3 You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Any changes to your details must be communicated to us promptly.

2.5 Your personal information will be retained for as long as your account remains active.
3.1 Spice Village Halal Meats operates this website. When you place an order, we will send a confirmation email detailing the products ordered, their prices, and delivery details. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. A legally binding contract is formed only when the goods have been delivered to you.
3.2 It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact information. Should you fail to receive a confirmation email due to incorrect details or email provider issues, you must contact us immediately.
4.1 Customers may amend or cancel their orders within one hour of placing the order.
4.2 Requests to cancel an order after the one-hour cut-off but before delivery may result in charges up to the full order value, including delivery costs.
4.3 Cancellation requests must be sent to info@spicevillagehalalmeats.co.uk within the one-hour cut-off period, including your order number and delivery address.
4.4 If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a replacement product, a full refund, or a e-voucher at our discretion.
5.1 Prices listed at checkout are inclusive of applicable taxes and delivery charges, as outlined in sections 5.2 and 6.
5.2 Orders valued at £100 or more will be eligible for free delivery. Orders below £100 will incur a £10 delivery charge.
5.3 Changes to orders made within the cut-off time will be charged at the prices applicable when the original order was placed.
5.4 Payment will be processed at the time your order is confirmed.
6.1 We now offer nationwide delivery to ensure our premium halal meats and food products reach you wherever you are in the UK. Orders are shipped on the customer’s selected date and dispatched accordingly. Delivery to your doorstep will occur within 24-48 hours from the shipping date.
6.2 Customers must ensure someone is present to accept delivery on the specified date. Spice Village Halal Meats is not liable for orders lost or spoiled due to failed delivery attempts.
6.3 If no one is available at the delivery address, we may leave the order with a neighbour or at a designated secure location, and you will be notified accordingly. In such cases, we disclaim liability for theft, tampering, or contamination of goods.
6.4 Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, will be communicated promptly, and deliveries will be rescheduled. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods and delivery charges.
7.1 We are committed to high-quality service and products. You must inspect goods upon receipt and notify us immediately if you are dissatisfied.
7.2 Complaints regarding service will be reviewed within one business day.
7.3 Complaints regarding product quality will be referred to our Head Butcher. You may be required to retain the product for inspection. We will aim to respond within one business day.
7.4 As our products are perishable, returns are not accepted. At our discretion, we may issue an e-voucher or credit within three business days for items that fail to meet reasonable expectations.
8.1 We are not liable for indirect, consequential losses, or loss of profits arising from the use of our goods or services.
8.2 Our liability does not extend to goods delivered to unattended locations as requested by the customer.
8.3 Customers are responsible for refrigerating perishable items immediately upon delivery. We accept no liability for spoilage or damage caused by delays in refrigeration.
8.4 While we strive for accuracy, weights and quantities for certain products may vary slightly, and we cannot guarantee exact measurements.
9.1 You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard.
9.2 Account deletion removes all personal details except for data required for legal and payment record purposes. Backup data will be purged within one month.
10.1 These terms represent the entire agreement between you and Spice Village Halal Meats.
10.2 We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control.
10.3 Changes to our policies, terms, or website will not affect orders already placed.
10.4 This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
