4.1 Customers may amend or cancel their orders within one hour of placing the order.
4.2 Requests to cancel an order after the one-hour cut-off but before delivery may result in charges up to the full order value, including delivery costs.

4.4 If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a replacement product, a full refund, or a e-voucher at our discretion.

5.2 Orders valued at £100 or more will be eligible for free delivery. Orders below £100 will incur a £10 delivery charge.

7.3 Complaints regarding product quality will be referred to our Head Butcher. You may be required to retain the product for inspection. We will aim to respond within one business day.
7.4 As our products are perishable, returns are not accepted. At our discretion, we may issue an e-voucher or credit within three business days for items that fail to meet reasonable expectations.
8.1 We are not liable for indirect, consequential losses, or loss of profits arising from the use of our goods or services.
8.2 Our liability does not extend to goods delivered to unattended locations as requested by the customer.
8.3 Customers are responsible for refrigerating perishable items immediately upon delivery. We accept no liability for spoilage or damage caused by delays in refrigeration.

9.1 You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard.
9.2 Account deletion removes all personal details except for data required for legal and payment record purposes. Backup data will be purged within one month.

10.2 We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control.
10.3 Changes to our policies, terms, or website will not affect orders already placed.
